Returns, Refunds, Exchange, and Claims Policy

1. General Policy Statement

HB Select Furnishings LLC ("HB Select Furnishings," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing customers with products that meet the descriptions and specifications presented at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, inventory management processes, logistics arrangements, and supplier relationships, all sales are considered final and non-cancelable upon completion of the transaction, except as expressly provided herein.

By placing an order with HB Select Furnishings LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Returns, Refunds, Exchange, and Claims Policy.

2. Final Sale Policy

All merchandise sold by HB Select Furnishings LLC is sold on a final-sale basis. Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits shall not be granted solely due to customer preference, change of mind, dissatisfaction with style, color preference, sizing assumptions, buyer's remorse, or any other subjective reason unrelated to a material defect, shipping damage, or substantial discrepancy between the product received and the product description provided at the time of purchase.

The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a product materially differs from its description or whether reported damage qualifies for consideration under this policy.

3. Reporting Requirements and Claim Submission Period

Customers are required to carefully inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Any claim alleging shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing components, incorrect merchandise, or products materially differing from their advertised description must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of the documented delivery date and time.

Claims submitted after the expiration of the forty-eight (48) hour reporting period may be denied at the sole discretion of the Company, regardless of the nature or severity of the alleged issue.

The claim submission must include, at a minimum:

  • Customer's full name;

  • Order number;

  • Delivery address;

  • Detailed description of the issue being reported;

  • Clear photographic evidence documenting the alleged damage, defect, or discrepancy;

  • Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company for claim evaluation purposes.

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in delays, denial of the claim, or closure of the case without further review.

4. Claim Investigation and Review Process

Upon receipt of a properly submitted claim, HB Select Furnishings LLC will conduct an internal review and investigation. The Company may request additional information, photographs, measurements, packaging materials, inspection reports, or other supporting evidence as reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Submission of a claim does not constitute acceptance of the claim, nor does it create any obligation on the part of the Company to issue a refund, replacement, exchange, credit, or other remedy.

All determinations regarding eligibility for relief under this policy shall be made exclusively by the Company's management team, whose decision shall be final.

5. Refund Policy

If a claim is approved, refunds shall generally be issued in the form of store credit redeemable for future purchases through the Company's online sales channels.

Store credit shall constitute the default remedy for approved claims unless otherwise determined by management.

Requests for refunds to the original payment method or any alternative form of reimbursement shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted or denied at the sole discretion of Company management.

The Company reserves the right to determine the amount, method, timing, and conditions of any approved refund, credit, or reimbursement.

6. Sale and Clearance Merchandise

Items purchased at discounted, promotional, clearance, liquidation, closeout, special event, or sale pricing are generally considered non-refundable.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, sale merchandise shall not be eligible for refunds, credits, or returns.

In limited circumstances involving verified shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or significant product discrepancies, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer repair assistance, replacement merchandise, partial credit, or another remedy deemed appropriate.

Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as creating a guarantee of refund eligibility for discounted merchandise.

7. Exchange Policy

HB Select Furnishings LLC does not routinely offer exchanges.

However, products determined by the Company to be defective upon arrival or damaged beyond reasonable repair may qualify for replacement or exchange consideration.

Customers requesting an exchange must submit the required documentation described in Section 3, including detailed photographs and a written explanation of the issue.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether:

  • The reported issue constitutes a defect;

  • The damage occurred during shipping or after delivery;

  • Repair is practical and reasonable;

  • Replacement inventory is available;

  • An exchange is the appropriate remedy.

Claims submitted beyond the forty-eight (48) hour reporting period may be denied.

8. Authorized Returns

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from HB Select Furnishings LLC.

Any merchandise shipped to the Company without prior authorization may be refused, returned to sender, or discarded without credit or reimbursement.

9. Return Shipping Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, customers shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise, including but not limited to:

  • Packaging materials;

  • Freight charges;

  • Shipping fees;

  • Insurance costs;

  • Customs fees;

  • Duties and taxes;

  • Handling charges;

  • Delivery surcharges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Company shall not be responsible for any shipping expenses incurred by the customer unless expressly authorized in writing.

10. Shipping Requirements for Authorized Returns

All authorized returns must be shipped using a reputable carrier that provides shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.

Additionally, all return shipments must be insured for the full replacement value of the merchandise being returned.

Customers assume all risk of loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery occurring during transit to the Company's facilities.

HB Select Furnishings LLC does not guarantee receipt of returned merchandise and shall not be liable for shipments lost, damaged, delayed, or mishandled by third-party carriers.

Customers are strongly encouraged to retain all shipping receipts, tracking information, and insurance documentation until the return process has been fully completed.

11. Processing Times

The time required to inspect, review, approve, deny, repair, replace, exchange, or otherwise resolve a claim may vary depending upon product availability, claim complexity, shipping carrier investigations, supplier involvement, and other operational considerations.

No specific resolution timeline is guaranteed.

Replacement shipments, where approved, may require additional transit time depending on inventory availability and destination.

12. Reservation of Rights

HB Select Furnishings LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.

The Company further reserves the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, unsupported by sufficient evidence, inconsistent with the facts presented, or otherwise outside the scope of this policy.

By purchasing products from HB Select Furnishings LLC, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
