Refunds and Returns
All Sales are final, unless items are not as described or have been damaged at the time of arrival. Any complaints need to be made within 48 hours of delivery. Upon which time the customer is required to contact us at info@hbselectfurnishings.com with foto evidence of damage or complaint.
Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be given as online store credit only. Any other refunds will be individually check by management. Management contact email: info@hbselectfurnishings.com
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hbselectfurnishings.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond reasonable repair. We will work with you if this is the case. Please send us an email at info@hbselectfurnishings.com including photos a description of the damage and we will be in contact ASAP.
Shipping in case a return or refund is authorized only.
If in any case a return is authorized, you should ship your product to: HB Select Furnishings LLC, 9600 Joe Rodriguez Suite 6, El Paso Texas 79927. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Local warehouse returns don't require a tracking number.
