Many of our products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers, allowing us to offer a wider selection while maintaining competitive pricing and dependable delivery.
Shipping Methods
Our products are generally shipped using one of two methods:
Small Parcel Shipping
Smaller items such as rugs, lamps, décor, luggage, and accessories are shipped directly to your home using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Furniture & Oversized Items
Larger products—including sofas, sectionals, dining sets, bedroom furniture, mattresses, and other oversized items—are delivered by professional freight and furniture delivery partners experienced in handling large shipments with care.
The shipping method used for your order will depend on the size and type of product purchased.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by manufacturer and product availability, but most orders fall within the following ranges:
Small Parcel Orders
- Typically delivered within 4–7 business days.
Furniture & Oversized Orders
- Most furniture arrives within 1–3 weeks.
- Certain products, custom orders, or manufacturer backorders may require additional time.

Delivery Information
Small parcel orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Furniture and oversized items are delivered by one of our professional freight partners. Depending on your location and the carrier, delivery may include curbside or threshold service.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage, notify the delivery driver when possible and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
Customer Pickup
Customer pickup may be available for select orders by appointment. If pickup is available for your order, our team will contact you with scheduling details.
For your protection, a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order is required at pickup.
Shipping Areas
We currently offer free shipping to the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
